Very Personable and Helpful
Ingrid has been working with my 9th grade daughter with Algebra I. My daughter is really smart, but she has been intimidated by math. As she continues working with Ingrid, her teacher has reported that her confidence is increasing. In addition, her grade in Algebra is improving. She really likes working with Ingrid. While this was not necessarily a positive for my daughter, I really liked that Ingrid gave her some additional practice items to address problem areas. The support that Ingrid provides is invaluable to us. Due to the pandemic, my daughter only sees her teachers in-person twice a week.

I neglected to write a review for the first session because I just forgot. It is not a reflection on Ingrid at all. She is.m a fantastic tutor. Takes the time the get to know who she will be meeting with and what the issues are and is extremely patient. Love the videos being available so I can see exactly what she is doing. My daughter has connected with her and feels more confident each time.

Knowledgeable and responsible
Ingrid is very responsible teacher. Before the first lesson, she called me to get information about my daughter and my expectation. After each lesson, she assigns homework for my daughter to do to make sure she can master the concepts she teaches. She always answers my calls. After the first lesson, she found what the issues with my daughter and made the plan on how to help her to improve her grade. She goes beyond to let my daughter practice in IXL using her account. One day after three lessons with her, my daughter came home and told me happily that she did well in her pre-calculus test. I am very pleased with Ingrid's help. Very Effective Math Tutor
My daughter is a High school freshmen was struggling with Algebra I. Soon after Ingrid started tutoring her grades moved higher and in fact scored 100 in a test is the first time in the entire school year. Ingrid's patience, knowledge and effective interaction with the student will deliver results. I am planning to continue Ingrid's tutoring for Algebra II.

This is NOT my first tutor on Wyzant, but definitely the best experience here. Ingrid asked for my data ahead of time and came fully prepared. Saved me a lot of time during the lesson. Likewise she was able to clearly articulate how to clean data in excel for tableau. She didn’t fumble around trying to figure things out as we go. She is very proficient in both Excel and Tableau I learned a ton and it was totally worth it. Thank you Ingrid.

Wonderful and effective tutor
